Mixed Feelings have played in all sorts of venues, in the UK, Europe and even world-wide.
From 5* luxury hotels, yachts, cruise ships, pubs, night clubs, marquees, festivals, living rooms, banqueting suites, gardens and even in the street.
However this was the very 1st time the band were invited to perform and entertain in a church crypt.
St. George’s Church, just off Hanover Sq.
St George’s, Hanover Square, is an Anglican church, the parish church of Mayfair in the City of Westminster, central London, built in the early eighteenth century as part of a project to build fifty new churches around London.
It was a strange feeling at first entering the crypt, however it had been kitted out with fabulous décor, production, stage and bars.
The crypt is currently being converted into restaurant, and Mixed Feeling were invited to play for the pre-gala opening of the venue.
The audience, crowd and guests are all current investors into the project and the band has been invited back for the opening night, as the previous event was believed to be a test run.
Providing the entertainment, music and party was a real pleasure and a great experience having to play in a venue that was a complete first.
Great experience, and looking forward to going back to entertain again.
